I could do with more off this 9 steps broken heart it’s 8 months now a abusive relationship both mentally and physical it’s 8 months now no contact at all I put him out deleted his number etc I coukdnt not take any more but I’m still really struggling day to day everything has fallen behind I want me back to be normal again I’m trying so hard but this 9 ways to heal a broken heart I see sense in it all I really do thank you so uplifting xxxxx

So true... I cried as I was reading it. Breakup almost 2 years ago, and more than a year of therapy and several months of anti-depressant, this still hits me hard.
It really help me to read this article. I am going through a hard time after I broke up with a narcissistic partner. I feel like I was in an addiction, and right now the withdraw feels terrible. I know it will take time to heal, but it is not easy. Thank you
